Elite Cell Source was founded to do the opposite — a closed, verified network where every account belongs to a licensed provider, every order is tied to a specific patient and prescriber, and every prescription item passes through a documented review and authorization workflow.
Our platform handles the operational weight — verification, order review, authorization, payment, and routing to licensed fulfillment partners — so your practice can focus on patients.
What we are
- A business-to-business platform for licensed doctors, prescribers, and approved wellness clinics.
- A controlled ordering workflow: patient-specific orders, internal review, and Medical Director authorization where required.
- A routing layer to licensed fulfillment partners, with order status tracked end to end.
- A scheduling channel to our Medical Director for clinical and onboarding questions.
What we are not
- Not a consumer storefront — there is no public catalog, pricing, or self-ordering.
- Not a telehealth service — we do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe to consumers.
- Not an open marketplace — fulfillment partners are vetted and licensed, and access is invitation-by-verification only.
- Not an EHR — we collect only the information required for verification and order fulfillment.

Dr. Bromley provides the clinical oversight at the center of the Elite Cell Source workflow: reviewing prescription authorizations, advising on platform protocols, and meeting with current and prospective provider practices.
Providers can schedule time with Dr. Bromley before registering — to evaluate whether the platform fits their practice — or at any point after joining the network.
