How it works

Six steps, zero shortcuts.

The Elite Cell Source workflow is deliberately controlled. Here is exactly what happens from your first application to a delivered order.

  1. 01

Register — free for licensed providers

Create your account and submit your application: provider identity, NPI, state license, clinic information, and the prescribing physician for your practice. Clinic staff may register on behalf of a prescribing physician.

Takes about 10 minutes. No payment information is required to apply.

  2. 02

    Verification by Elite Cell Source

Our team reviews every application — credentials, licensure, and practice details. We may request additional documentation before a decision is made. Ordering remains locked until approval.

Typical review time is 1–3 business days.

  3. 03

    Access your provider portal

Once approved, your dashboard unlocks the product catalog with provider pricing, patient management, and ordering. Access is specific to your practice and role.

Clinic accounts can include multiple authorized staff members.

  4. 04

    Place a patient-specific order

Every order is tied to a patient and a prescriber — select or add the patient, choose products, and complete the prescription details. There is no bulk cart and no anonymous ordering.

Orders are submitted to Elite Cell Source for review, not directly to fulfillment.

  5. 05

    Review and authorization

Our team reviews each submitted order. Prescription items pass through Medical Director authorization where required. Once approved and paid, the order is released for fulfillment.

You can track every status change from your dashboard.

  6. 06

    Licensed fulfillment and tracking

Approved orders are routed to vetted, licensed fulfillment partners. Shipment and delivery status flow back into your order history automatically.

Questions on an order? Our team and the Medical Director are a message away.
